Hoyt then spoke about transfers from <br /> the Reserve Fund of $60.00 - $30.00 for the Registrations Depart- <br /> ment - Personal Services Account and 430.00 for the Assessors ' <br /> Department - Personal Services Account, so that listing of the <br /> polls can be completed.
