The vote was: 3 members in favor <br /> and L. members opposed. <br /> The chairman asked for vote on transfer of $1,000.00 from the Reserve <br /> Fund to the Water Services account. All members present voted in favor of <br /> the $1,000.00 transfer. <br /> The chairman asked for vote on transfer of $200.00 from the Reserve Fund <br /> for the Ambulance account. This Committee requests additional information <br /> from the Commissioner before any action will be taken. <br /> Articles for Special Town Meeting of November 23, 1964 are as follows: <br /> Articles 2 and 3 are for land for parks, playgrounds and recreational <br /> purposes. Conservation Funds. Total land is approximately 22 acres. <br /> Four acres in Article 2 and eighteen a crus in Article 3. -The Townnow <br /> own the 18 acres mentioned in Article 3. Opinion on these two parcels <br /> has been gone over with Donald Legro, Town Counsel and two members of the <br /> Commission. Suggest paying for same from the Conservation Fund. <br /> Other Articles for Special Town Meeting, November 23, 1964 are as follows: <br /> Article 4. Recommend favorable action. Construction ways and installing -Municipal services. <br /> 12. Conduit and water mains under portion of Route 2 i_ <br /> 13. Preliminary plans and specifications for alteration: and <br /> additions to Public Works Building. <br /> 14. Convery to the Trustees of the Minute Man Park Realty Trust <br /> the land on Meriam Street known as the 81d Fire Station Site. <br /> 15. onvey two parcels of land on Lillian Road. . <br /> 16. By law article- Publish and distribute by mail to each dwelling <br /> house etc. <br /> 17. Amend Zoning by - Laws. <br /> 18. To. Vote to name new public ways and to change the names of <br /> existing ways. - <br /> 19. Appropriate a sum of money for payment of medical expenses <br /> incurred by members of the Police and Fire Department. <br /> 20-21 8,22.
