Douglas suggested that the Chairman of this Committee write to the-- <br /> State, Division of Accounts that a Committee has been appointed to <br /> investigate the matter of debt financing. Frank F. Douglas was asked to <br /> investigate this matter. So voted. <br /> A general discussion was had about self insurance by the Town and John <br /> R. Bevan was voted to investigate the pro and cons on insurance. <br /> Investigation should go on as far as time will allow so a good report <br /> cab be submitted. <br /> Budget reports to go to press on February 1, 1962. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 10:09 P.
