Patterson December 27 , 1950 <br /> Chairman, Appropriation Committee <br /> Lexington 73, Massachusetts <br /> Dear Mr. Patterson: <br /> In order to pay bills of the Board of Health for <br /> the remainder of the year it will be necessary to have <br /> a transfer made from the Reserve Fund in the amount of <br /> 5500. A detailed explanation is attached for your <br /> information. <br /> It was voted to transfer $500.00 from the Reserve Fund <br /> to Health-Expenses as requested. <br /> A letter was also read from G. Mildred Thompson, Temporary <br /> Collector of Taxes asking for a transfer of $171.01 in order to <br /> pay the bond premium to George W. Taylor & Son. It was so voted. <br /> A report of the Salary Committee, headed by Clarence Smith, <br /> Chairman, was read. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 8;50 P. M. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Acting Secretary <br /> The next meeting of the Appropriation Committee will be <br /> held on January 8, 1951 at 7:30 with the following agenda: <br /> Health 7:30 <br /> Mr. Burns 8:30 <br />
