RECEIVED <br /> 2022 31 Mair, M uiT°m <br /> COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE TOWN CLERK <br /> MEETING MINUTES LEXINGTON MA <br /> January 4, 2022 <br /> The Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC) meeting was called to order by Sarah <br /> Felton, Co-Chair at 7:10 PM virtually via Zoom. <br /> CPAC Members Present: Chris Herbert, Co-Chair; Sarah Felton, Co-Chair; Hema Bhatt; Patrick <br /> Sullivan; Marilyn Fenollosa; Matt Daggett; Len Morse-Fortier <br /> CPAC Liaisons Present: Mark Sandeen, Liaison to the Select Board, Joe Pato, Liaison to the <br /> Select Board, Bob Creech, Liaison to the Planning Board <br /> Staff Members Present: Carol Kowalski, Assistant Town Manager for Development; Molly <br /> Belanger, Land Use Planner <br /> Consultants Present (Co-Leads): Martha Lyon, Martha Lyon Landscape Architecture; Daphne <br /> Politis, Community Circle <br /> • Meeting Opening <br /> Sarah Felton, Co-Chair called the meeting to order at 7:10 PM. <br /> • Meeting Minutes <br /> The CPAC reviewed and approved the meeting minutes of November 23, 2021 per <br /> the addition of Len Morse-Fortier to the list of CPAC members present and the <br /> addition of meeting materials discussed. The CPAC reviewed and approved the <br /> meeting minutes of November 30, 2021 pending the addition of meeting materials <br /> discussed. <br /> Sarah Felton took a roll-call vote to approve the meeting minutes of November 23, <br /> 2021 and November 30, 2021. The CPAC voted unanimously to approve both <br /> minutes. <br /> • Review draft Goals, Objectives, and Strategies <br /> • Chris Herbert, Co -Chair and Ms. Felton reviewed comments made to the <br /> December 23, 2021 draft Goals, Objectives, and Strategies which <br /> incorporated recommendations from Staff, CPAC Members, and <br /> Stakeholders. <br /> • Next Steps and Schedule going forward <br /> • Daphne Politis reviewed the draft implementation table design and proposed <br /> a format. Ms. Politis requested the CPAC review the draft and make <br />
