_ 0 The Appropriation Committee held a meeting, at 7:30 P.M., on Monday, October 30, 1972, in room 111, Town Office Building, Lexington . Present were Edward E. Furash, Chairman, Jack L. Mitchell, Vice Chairman, Elizabeth M. Flynn, Secretary, John H. Blaisdell, Levi G. — Burnell and Richard M. Perry, Comptroller. The Chairman reported that ground-breaking ceremonies for the Minute- man Regional Vocational High School will take place on November 1, 1972 and Appropriation Committee members are invited to attend. Comptroller Perry discussed our budget. It was decided that x¢150. for duplicating supplies belongs in the Town Manager' s budget . RESERVE FUND BALANCE: at this time, $76,250. RESERVE FUND TRANSFERS: Acct. #3500 Health Dept. -Dog Officer $ 925. P .Diem for 2 men Acct. #5700 Sewer 'taint. 14,750. The next meeting is scheduled for November 13, 1972 . Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED that V. Chairman, Mitchell, serve as Chairman Pro Tempore for this meeting. School budget hearings will be on November 21st and November 27th. RESERVE FUND BALANCE: as of this time, $70,585. RESERVE FUND TRANSFERS: Acct. #3300 Health-Exp. $2,500. TB patient Acct. #1950 T .Clrk-Elecs . 2,500. Upon motions duly made and seconded, it was VOTED to transfer the amounts requested The next meeting is scheduled for November 270 1972 . Will possibly adjourn to the School Committee budget hearing.
