2 <br /> Minutes of meeting on November 10, 1969-continued <br /> Assignments <br /> Fire H. Bigelow Moore <br /> Selectmen Edward Furash - <br /> Financial <br /> Law <br /> Town Committees <br /> Library Levi Burnell <br /> Planning Board Robert Gary <br /> The meeting adjourned at 8:45 P.M. to meet in Executive Session with the <br /> Board of Selectmen in the Selectmen' s Room. Selectmen present were <br /> Robert Cataldo, Chairman, Fred Bailey, Roland Greeley, Allan Kenney, and <br /> Irving Mabee . Also present were Donald Legro, Town Counsel and Albert <br /> Gray, Executive Assistant to the Selectmen. <br /> Chairman Gari noted that the Selectmen ' s Expense Budget had not been <br /> submitted to the Comptroller. and that most Departmental Personal Ser- <br /> vices Budgets had not been submitted. Selectmen Chairman Cataldo stated <br /> that their Board would discuss the Personal Service Budget this evening <br /> and would get a copy to the Appropriations Committee before November 17 . <br /> Chairman Gary advised that in a Pro Forma prepared for the School Com- <br /> mittee, based on past trends, the 1970 tax rate would be about i-p66 . <br /> E . Furash stated that Appropriations is requesting Departments to try <br /> to keep within bounds and that no new programs of any length be started <br /> in 1970. He stated that even to keep up with regular programs will <br /> probably be costly . <br /> The meeting with the Selectmen was adjourned at 9:20 P.M. <br /> The next meeting night is scheduled at 7 :45 P.M., on Monday, November 17, <br /> 1969, in the Comptroller' s Office, Town Office Building. Adjourned <br /> Executive Session is scheduled at 9:00 P.M., on this evening with the <br /> Board of Selectmen, in the Selectmen' s Room, Town Office Building. <br /> The meeting was adjourned' at 9:30 P.N. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> rl <br /> Elizabeth M.
