Selectmen gave the following explanations: <br /> Art. 33 Hart-.sell Ave. traffic study. $26,000 requested. The state <br /> DPW nns made a comprehensive study which night be detrimental to <br /> Lexington. Wilbur Smith « C would plan to nShe a comprehensive study <br /> c : <br /> would extend from the west and north Town lines and along Fremont <br /> St. and would include a study of peak traffic including backup, off—hours <br /> traffic, tf of lie related to present employees at lIanscom, impact of <br /> future traffic and ways of meeting future traffic needs.
