November 29, 2021 Meeting Minutes TOWN C.LERK
LEXINGTON
Present: Suzie Barry (Select Board Member), Steve Cole, Jr. (Community Representative),
Steve Conners (Reenactment Community), Barry Cunha (Local Business Representative), Bebe
Fallick(Tourism Committee Representative), Cerise Jalelian (Town Celebrations Committee
Representative), Julie O'Leary (Civic Representative), Paul O'Shaughnessy (Historical
Organization Representative), Mona Roy (Community Representative) and Jillian Tung (Music
& Arts Representative).
The meeting opened at 4:02 pm
Logo Contest & Timing:
Members reviewed the Logo Contest guidelines, paperwork and timing of the contest. Jillian
provided a draft press release, artists agreement and minor release that the committee commented
on and edited. Discussion was had surrounding the appropriate amount of money to be offered
for a stipend and how many awards to make. Members settled on making three awards. There
was consensus to send the edited documents to Town Counsel for review before launching the
contest. Suzie will reach out to Town Counsel. Members also reviewed those chosen to serve
on the jury panel. Jillian reported that Matt Siegal at LexArt will donate space for the entries to
be exhibited.

• Next meeting: Wednesday,December 15, 2021 at 4:00 pm via Zoom.
