Omar - 128 Business Council meeting - Non-profit - Alternative Transportation - <br /> Want to promote Cycling. We should partner with them. Doodle poll on <br /> attendees <br /> Peggy - Kiosks approved in 2016, Town has to do it. Dave P has the ball - he is <br /> going to hire a designer this Summer. <br /> 3. Plowing Update - Done <br /> 4. Upcoming Dates (volunteers needed for FoLB tables) <br /> • Saturday March 26, 1-4 pm Spring Pedestrian and Bike Safety Fair, Community <br /> Center <br /> • Saturday, April 30, 1-4 pm LexDoingGood (event for non-profits), Cary Library <br /> Close 7:35pm <br /> Lexington Bicycle Advisory Committee 7:35 — 9:00 pm <br /> 1. Approve January 13, 2022 and January 29, 2022 Meeting Minutes <br /> We have Quorum. All members in attendance. Approved <br /> 2. Lexington High School Student Survey Update <br /> Arnav could not make the meeting. Shawn Duggan takes care of Surveys going <br /> out. High Schoolers should vet it before it goes out. <br /> 3. Liaison Reports <br /> Mark Sandeen - Appreciative about our work on the Roundabout and our <br /> recommendations. <br /> Betty going to present to Sustainability Lexington <br /> Betty - Working Group for what should be in the Bike Ped Plan. Mark-Should be <br /> in the discussion early. We should talk about what measurable changes, now. <br /> Mike volunteered come up with some ideas, as a group BEFORE consultants <br /> come in. Tom Fortmann agreed. <br /> Ram talked to Bob Peters (Planning Board) <br /> 99 Hayden - Large Developers....Reducing Single driver / bikes or public <br /> transport / 10,000$ per car park (above ground, maybe $60K above) - equity for <br /> public transport/bike. Equal value provided to bikers (Equality). Companies give <br /> Subsidy for Biking. Ross-Can we write into the Project Plans - force companies <br /> to subsidize non-drivers. <br />
