PERSONNEL ADVISORY BOARD <br /> 1. Neil Chapman is working in the area of Personnel-Inspection <br /> Services. He is looking into the feasibility of these <br /> services. <br /> 2. Mrs. Hagedorn is to contact Town Counsel Cohen to check into <br /> the by-law question. <br /> 3. Joanne Small has accepted the appointment to the Personnel Board. <br /> IV. BOARD OF ASSESSORS <br /> Mr. Blaisdell reported his findings as a result of a meeting with <br /> the above board. <br /> 1. Lexington is in good shape, i.e. , maps , records , etc. <br /> 2. Alternatives: <br /> a. go to 100% evaluation <br /> b. try to get a re-evaluation Co. <br /> c. do our own re-evaluation <br /> d. do nothing - however we could get into trouble here with <br /> the state <br /> f. we could get college students to help in this project <br /> 3. We may loose 1 mil on the Cherry Sheet if we are to go 100% <br /> evaluation. <br /> 4. By going to homes and bringing cards up-to-date we will be able <br /> to show the state we are at least trying to go 100% <br />
