POLICE <br /> Chairman Furash received a copy of a memo from the <br /> Chief of Police written to every patrolman re "Police <br /> Community Relations Actions". Be stated what an <br /> excellent memo it was and would give a copy to each <br /> member of the Committee. Martin Gilman suggested he <br /> send a letter to Chief Corr stating the excellence <br /> of the memo. <br /> IV. RESERVE FUND TRANSFER <br /> The amount of $8100 was transferred to cover the <br /> expens of printing Census Forms and envelopes. <br /> Upon motions duly made and seconded the <br /> above amount was VOTED. <br /> V. SCHOOLS <br /> a. Donald White was asked to inquire as to where <br /> the schools stand on remodeling issue. <br /> b. Superintendent Fobert will not get retro-active <br /> pay -- only 2 week vacation pay. <br /> VI. GENERAL DISCUSSION <br /> a. Town Meeting Forums - Chairman Furash felt that <br /> this should be given up. <br /> b. Contact should be made to Town Meeting Association <br /> re Articles and how they should be submitted - <br /> procedure book showing how you put an Article <br /> together would be helpful. <br /> c. Flood Plan should be looked into. <br /> d. Delay Town Meeting? <br /> Meeting adjourned at 10:00 P.M. <br /> Next meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 22, 1975. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Edward E.
