Use of Federal Funds <br /> Town Manager O'Connell stated that Mr. McSweeney's <br /> presentation was merely exposing both Board's to his <br /> Departmental requests. <br /> Selectmen Bailey requested Mr. McSweeney to furnish <br /> the Board with exactly how his workload has changed over <br /> the last few years. <br /> Selectman Busa stated that the present state of the <br /> parks and playgrounds were deplorable and must be worked <br /> on. ' <br /> Selectman Kenney asked that the following points must be <br /> kept in mind: <br /> a. Wetlands - increase in work. <br /> b. Increase in citizens complaints. <br /> c. Condition of parks. <br /> d. Sewers <br /> IV. LIBRARY <br /> Present: Messrs. Bailey and Hilton <br /> 1. Air Conditioning of the Branch Library is a must <br /> this year Selectman Bailey stated. <br /> 2. No new personnel are going to be added - only some <br /> extra Pages to cover the addition to the Library. <br /> $3400 will cover this. <br />
