110 <br /> Selectman Kenney stated that perhaps this <br /> was the year to take a long hard look at the <br /> various departments and see if we couldnot raise <br /> the manpower. <br /> Chairman Furash stated that he felt we had not <br /> had the real hard facts presented to us and would <br /> like the Fire Department to come back with more <br /> information. <br /> III . TMMA <br /> Bill Spencer distributed to the Committee a copy <br /> of ideas re "Major Land Acquisition Program�� (attached) <br /> for the Committee to read. He explained that each <br /> Board will have about 15 minutes in which to speak. <br /> Chairman Furash said he felt that this was geared for <br /> Committees with policy making powers. I suggest that <br /> our Committee be called on last Mr. Furash stated. <br /> It was also suggested by the Chairman that the Board <br /> of Assessors attend this meeting. <br /> IV. CAPITAL EXPENDITURES <br /> Mr. Silverman informed the Chairman that he will <br /> be able to meet with the Appropriation Committee <br /> sometime after the first of the year. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 9:55 P.M. <br /> Next meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 24, 1974. <br /> Respectfully submitted , <br /> Elizabeth M.
