PERSONNEL BOARD <br /> Chairman Furash reported that Mr. Neil Chapman was <br /> very good regarding his keeping the Appropriation <br /> Committee informed on their Committee's meetings and <br /> findings. Mr. Perry stated that he presently was doing <br /> a very good analysis with the Department heads. <br /> X. Preliminary Capital Budget Comments for 1976 was dis- <br /> tributed to the Committee for their review. <br /> XI .
