After brief discussion it was moved and seconded to approve. <br /> Voted unanimously. <br /> Secretary R. Perry conducted the meeting for the election of officers. <br /> Following nominations were made and seconded: <br /> Chairman: W. Dailey <br /> Vice Chairman: R. Cataldo and G. Silverman <br /> Secretary: R. Perry <br /> Secret ballot held for Vice Chairman: R. Cataldo received 4 votes, G. Silverman <br /> received 2 votes and one abstained. R.
