PILOT's, MMRVHS, <br /> and the Bedford Street lights under Article 5. <br /> • The proposal will be to fund the Bedford Street lights from C 90 funds. C Hornig <br /> indicated that he supported the use of C 90 funds for this purpose. <br /> • MMRVHS substitute motion will request an appropriation of$1 less than the <br /> assessment which will mean that Lexington has rejected the assessment <br /> • MOTION: To support the substitute motion to MMRVHS and appropriate $1 less <br /> the assessment. UNANIMOUS. <br /> • General discussion of the Bedford Street lights. BOS wants to $50,000 from free cash <br /> for the lights and then fund$ 50,000 of Article 5 for the schools from the FY 98 <br /> Reserve Fund. AC feels that the FY 98 Reserve Fund is probably already committed <br /> and therefore does not support the BOS recommendation. <br /> • MOTION: Approve the substitute motion to use C 90 funds for the Bedford Street <br /> lights. UNANIMOUS <br /> • General discussion of PILOT's . Town Manager has increase the appropriation <br /> request from the Sewer Department in order to cover the PILOT payment. <br /> • MOTION: Not to support the amendment to be offered by P Kelly and to keep the <br /> Sewer PILOT at$ 250,000.
