To either of the Constables of the Town of Lexington, in said
County, Greeting:
In the name of the Corronwealth of Massachusetts, you are
directed to notify the inliabitants of the Town of Lexington,
ou.a14 "4ed to vote in elections and in town affairs, to meet in
the Cary Memorial Building, in said Lexington, on Monday, the
sixteenth day of October, 1933, at 6 :00 P. LI., then and there to
act on the following articles
Article 1. To receive the report of any Board of : 07M Officers
or of any Committee of the Town, and to ap-,Doint other Committees.
krticie 2. To see if the Town will adopt the By-Laws on
Plumbing, substantially as -arinted in the Lexington Minute-Man
of August 4, 1933, and provide funds for the printing and publishing
of said by-laws, by transfer from other funds.
article 3. To see if the Town will vote to aggropriate money to be
expended ander the direction of the Selectmen, to provide for 6arveys
of the drainage areas of the town, and to provide said money by
transfer from the Excess and Deficiency Account.
.rticie 4. To -see if the Town mill vote upon petition of Daniel C.
OConnell to amend the Lexington Zoning Ey-law and mat by changing
from an 3 .1 District to a 0 .1 District the following described
tarcel of land :

Article 5, To see if the Town will vote upon petition of ITeil
McIntosh to amend the Lexington Zoning By-lam and map by changin from
