To either of the Constables of the 'Town of Lexington , in said Loounty , Greeting ; } In the name of t , . e Commonwealth of Massachusetts , you are 41 directed to notify the inhabitants of the Town of Lexington , qualified to vote in elections and in town affairs , to meet in the Lary Memorial Building , in said Lexington , on Monday , the 4 twenty- eighth day of September , 191 , at S ; Ou o ' clock P . M . then and 1 there to act on the following articles ; Art . l . To receive the report of any Board of Town Officers or of any KY Committee of the dorm and to appoint other Committees . .y Art . 2 . To see if the Town will amend Article III , bection o , of the Code of By-Laws of 1922 of the Town of Lexington by striking out in 77, the fir ; t sentence the word " six " and inserting in place thereof the 4 word " eight " so that ►. action 5 will read as follows ; " ►section 5 . 1' he annual meeting of the Town shall be called for eight o ' clock in the morning and thereafter the polls shall be open corp t inuosly for voting urtit eight o ' clock in the evening. 4 Immediately upon tne announcement of the result of the voting the meeting shall stand adjourned until such time and at such place as °4 shall be set forth by the Selectmen in the "arrant for the meting .
