374cn <br /> SPECIAL TOWN MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 27, 1937 <br /> Selectman Charles E. Ferguson moves to take up Article <br /> P7 . <br /> Mr. Donald E. Nickerson of the Planning Board offering <br /> the following: <br /> VOTED: That the Town amend the Lexington Zoning By-Law <br /> as follows :- <br /> By changing under Section 3. (b) , C.1 Districts, <br /> paragraph 11, which now reads : On the easterly side of <br /> Bedford Street the property known as the Carbarn prop- <br /> erty, extending from Bedford Street to the Railroad <br /> property, and on the westerly side of Bedford Street <br /> extending southerly from a point opposite the northerly <br /> boundary of the Carbarn property to Reed street and of <br /> a depth of 100 feet from the westerly line of Bedford <br /> Street." to read as follows :- <br /> 11. On the easterly side of Bedford street begin- <br /> ning at a point on the northeasterly side of Bedford <br /> Street said point being northwesterly and distant 145 <br /> feet from the southeasterly terminus of a curve of <br /> radius 816.4 feet and extending southeasterly along <br /> Bedford Street for a distance of 285 feet and extend- <br /> ing in depth to the Boston & Maine Railroad and on the <br /> westerly side of Bedford Street beginning at a point on <br /> the southwesterly side of Bedford Street said point <br /> being northwesterly and distant 154 feet from a stone <br /> bound marking the southeasterly terminus of a curve of <br /> radius 866.4 feet and extending southeasterly along <br /> Bedford Street to the northeasterly side line of Reed <br /> Street and of a depth of 100 feet from the adjacent <br /> side line of Bedford Street. <br /> Planning Board presents report. <br /> Carried Unanimous 10:02 P.M. <br /> Lexington, Mass . <br /> October 18, 1937 <br /> I, games J. Carroll, Town Clerk of the Town of Lexington;. <br /> Mass. , do hereby certify that the above is a true and exact <br /> copy of Article 27 as passed at a special town meeting held <br /> September 27, 1937, and as same appears of record. <br /> James J.
