T. Buckley, through Town Counsel, what the <br /> rights of the railroad were. <br /> Mr. Rowse withdraws his Rmendment. <br /> Moderator states not necessary to withdraw Mr. Rowse' s amend- <br /> ment for the reason that it was not accepted. <br /> Mr. E. T.
