'corp. from ana.1 district to a 0.1 district, the Planning <br /> Board in accordance with the provisions of the Zoning By-Law has held a <br /> duly advertised hearing,and after consideration, noWreports to the Town. <br /> The Planning Board has twice previously considered requests for <br /> substantially this same change, and upon its adverse reports the Town <br /> has twice refused to approve it.Upon this its third consideration of the <br /> matter, the Planning Board has again unanimously voted to recommend to <br /> the Town that this change be not approved at this time . <br />
