Town of Lexington . <br /> At a meeting of the Board of selectmen of the Town of <br /> Lexington held the 14th day of. December , 1926 , it is <br /> Ordered , Whereas , the Board of Selectmen of the Town of <br /> Lexington , having determined and adjudged that common convenience <br /> and necessity require that a town building line be established <br /> as hereinafter described and having complied with the requirements <br /> of law relating to notice , did on the 23rd day of November , 1926 <br /> lay out a Building Line On Massachusetts avenue f rom land now or <br /> formerly of Daniel J . O ' Connell and the Town of Lexington to the <br /> junction of massachusetts Avenue and Woburn Street and on Woburn <br /> Street to the westerly side of Fletcher Avenue and duly filed <br /> their report of such laying out with the boundaries and measure - <br /> ments of the same in the office of the Town (Jlerk of said town <br /> on the 15th day of November , 1926 , and whereas at a town meeting <br /> duly called , warned and held on the 6th day of December , 1926 in <br /> accordance with the provisions of law applicable thereto , it was <br /> Voted : That the Town establish Building Lines on Massachu- <br /> setts Avenue from the Northeasterly line of the Town Hall lot to <br /> Woburn Street and thence along the Northeasterly side of said <br /> Woburn Street to Fletcher Avenue , as laid out by the board of <br /> Selectmen November 23 , 1926 , and shown on a certain plan on file <br /> in the Town Clerk ' s Office , entitled , " Plan showing rroposed <br /> Building Line on Massachusetts Avenue , Lexington , from Woburn <br /> Street to lwleriam Street , September 3 , 1926 , Scale 1 inch 40 feet , <br /> Clarence t3 . French , Town Engineer . " <br /> NOW , Therefore , We , the undersigned , being a majority of <br /> 111 the Board of Selectmen of the said Town of Lexington , duly <br /> elected , qualified and acting as such , do hereby under and by <br /> virtue of the provisions of Chapter 79 of the General Laws and <br /> of any and every power and authority us hereto in any way enabling , <br /> take the right or easement to establish for all the purposes of <br /> a building line , the land in said town bounded and described as <br /> follows : <br /> Beginning at the property line between lands now or formerly <br /> of Daniel J . O ' Donnell and Town of Lexington being distant twenty- <br /> six and seven one -hundredths ( 26 . 07 ) feet from the present northerly <br /> exterior line of Massachusetts avenue and running S 42 . 07 ' 40 " E <br /> to a point of tangency at the property line between lands now or <br /> formerly of Rubin & Seligman and Town of Lexington , said point of <br /> tangency being nineteen and fifty one -hundredths ( 19 . 50 ) feet from <br /> the present northerly exterior line of Massachusetts Avenue , thence <br /> running with a curve to the left with a radius of one thousand two <br /> hundred thirteen and sixty- six one hundredths ( 1213 , 66 ) fdet distant <br /> about three hundred thirty - two and five - tenths ( 332 . 5 ) feet to the <br /> westerly side of Grant Street being one hundred ( 100 ) feet distant <br /> from the present southerly exterior line of Massachusetts Avenue <br /> at the westerly side of Grant Street and from the easterly side of <br /> Grant Street to a point of tangency about one hundred sixty- three <br /> ( 163 ) feet easterly of the property line between lands now or <br /> formerly of tsaac xarris nary Educational r'und and William L .
