The Conservation Commission <br /> previously approved the fence installation through an Insignificant Plan Change, however <br /> requested more detail through this RDA, and prior to issuance of a Certificate of Compliance. <br /> Questions and Comments from the Commission: <br /> — What is the material of the existing walkway? Request that the walkway be built in a <br /> pervious manner. <br /> — If the applicant requests to install an additional gate on the left side of the house, that <br /> would be allowed without seeking additional approval from the Commission. <br />
