Pool Variance Application: PO-21-27 Quality Inn & Suites <br /> Casey Mellin explained the proposed pool variance application and stated he did an inspection of <br /> the pool this morning. The pool was in good shape, but needs a new rope. <br /> The Board of Health clarified the pool variance details. <br /> Board of Health made a motion made to approve the pool variance application on the condition <br /> that there is signage, complete with the variance language, noting there is no lifeguard on duty at <br /> this pool. <br /> Roll Call Vote: Flynn - YES, Perlmutter — Yes, Wolf-Fordham —Yes, Heiger-Bernays — Yes. <br /> Motion carried 4 to 0. All in favor. <br /> C. Status of air quality measures in all Lexington buildings <br /> Casey Mellin forwarded that David J. Pinsonneault, DPW Director, stated CO2 is still being tested <br /> on Wednesdays. They kept all filters open 100% in Town buildings. <br /> The Board of Health needs to make sure the air quality and ventilation is as good as it can be and <br /> needs documentation. <br /> D. Tobacco Compliance Status <br /> Casey Mellin proposed tobacco regulations changes. <br /> The Board of Health stated they will keep an eye on the tobacco compliance checks which are the <br /> fundamental way to know whether establishments sell tobacco to minors. Inspections should ensure <br /> signage "restrict to 21" is posted appropriately and the compliance check was done at the point of <br /> sale. <br /> 2 <br />
