CPAC Members Present: Chris Herbert, Co-Chair; Sarah Felton, Co-Chair; Larry Freeman; Matt Daggett, Hema Bhatt; Patrick Sullivan; Deepak Amenani, Chris Senna, Marilyn Fenollosa, Len Morse-Fortier CPAC Liaisons Present: Bob Creech, Liaison of the Planning Board,Joe Pato, Liaison of the Select Boa rd Staff Members Present: Carol Kowalski, Assistant Town Manager for Development; Amanda Loomis, Planning Director; Molly Belanger, Land Use Planner Consultants Present (Co-Leads): Martha Lyon, Martha Lyon Landscape Architecture • Meeting Opening Sarah Felton, Co-Chair called the meeting to order at 7:04 PM. • Meeting Minutes The October 19, 2021 meeting minutes were deferred to the next CPAC meeting. • Discussion of schedule to completion • Chris Herbert discussed upcoming events. On December 7, the Committee will host a final public forum where Project Co-Lead Consultants, Martha Lyon, Martha Lyon Landscape Architecture and Community Circle will present the draft plan. • Amanda Loomis and Bob Creech discussed the upcoming November 10 Planning Board meeting. Ms. Felton and Mr. Herbert will attend the meeting to present the draft Goals and Vision and Guiding Principles document. The Planning Board will hold a discussion on the document to offer feedback. • Overview of October 26 Public Forum • Ms. Lyon gave a brief overview of the October 26 Public Forum on Vibrant and Attractive Commercial Districts. • Implementation Plan The Working Groups discussed their progress on drafting goals and action items. 1
