V. Review of Working Vision and Goals, Objectives, Ideas <br /> Ms. Politis reviewed potential goals that have shown up in previous public outreach <br /> events. CPAC Members gave input on the Working Vision and Goals document. The <br /> CPAC will continue to revise the document to be presented at the June 15th public <br /> forum event. Daphne Politis re-iterated that the document was comprised of public <br /> input to date. As more public input is collected, the document will change and <br /> expand. <br /> VI. Review of Community Engagement Plan <br /> • Ms. Politis asked the CPAC to identify stakeholders to be interviewed. Ms. Politis <br /> mentioned the creation of an additional working group for public outreach. This <br /> working group would further help the Project Co-Leads with these stakeholder <br /> interviews. Daphne will also discuss stakeholders at the next CPAC meeting. <br /> • The CPAC also discussed incentives for public attendance to engagement events <br /> such as raffle prizes. <br /> • Ms. Politis introduced a selfie engagement activity where residents take selfies in <br /> their favorite spots in Lexington and tell the community why that location is <br /> unique to them. The photos could be posted to the website to provide vibrant <br /> content. <br /> • Ms. Politis asked the CPAC to look through the Community Engagement Plan for <br /> additional revisions and comments. <br /> • Planning Staff shared the new LexingtonNext logo with the CPAC. The logo will be <br /> posted on the new website and all future LexingtonNext documents. <br /> Chris Herbert, Co-Chair, moved that the CPAC adjourn. Hema Bhatt seconded the motion. The <br /> Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee(CPAC) voted in favor of motion 7-0-0. MOTION <br /> PASSED <br /> The CPAC meeting of May 11th, 2021, adjourned at 9:16 pm. <br /> 2 <br />
