RECEIVED <br /> 2021 29 IIMov, M pui °m <br /> COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE TOWN CLERK <br /> MEETING MINUTES LEXINGTON MA <br /> April 6, 2021 <br /> The meeting of the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC), held virtually through <br /> Zoom, was called to order at 7:08pm, by Co-Chair Chris Herbert. <br /> CPAC Members Present: Sarah Felton, Co-Chair; Chris Herbert, Co-Chair; Marilyn Fenollosa; <br /> Chris Senna, Patrick Sullivan, Hema Bhatt, Larry Freeman, Rich McDonough; later joined by <br /> Leonard Morse-Fortier <br /> CPAC Liaisons Present: Bob Creech, Liaison of the Planning Board, Melanie Thompson, <br /> Liaison of the Planning Board, Mark Sandeen, Liaison of the Select Board <br /> Staff Members present: Carol Kowalski, Assistant Town Manager for Development; Amanda <br /> Loomis, Planning Director; Molly Belanger, Land Use Planner <br /> Consultants Present: Daphne Politis, Community Circle, Martha Lyon, Martha Lyon Landscape <br /> Architecture <br /> L Approval of Meeting Minutes for March 16, 2021 and March 30, 2021 <br /> Members of the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC) reviewed the <br /> meeting minutes of March 16, 2021 and March 30, 2021. <br /> Marylin Fenollosa moved that the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee <br /> (CPAC) approve the meeting minutes of March 16, 2021. Hema Bhatt seconded <br /> the motion. The CPAC voted in favor of the motion 7-0-0. MOTION PASSED <br /> IL Summary of March 30, 2021 Meeting Discussion of Open Space, Recreation, and <br /> Natural Resources, Demographics, and Historic Resources and Preservation Trend <br /> Report Drafts <br /> Daphne Politis, Project Co-Lead provided a brief review of the Open Space, <br /> Recreation and Natural Resources, and Demographics discussion. Martha Lyon, <br /> Project Co-Lead reviewed the discussion points the Historic Resources and <br /> Preservation discussion. Daphne Politis invited the CPAC to add any additional input <br /> to the discussion summary. <br /> III.Discussion of Land Use Trend Report Draft <br /> Daphne Politis and Martha Lyon began a facilitated discussion of Land Use. The <br /> CPAC participated in this discussion by reviewing key issues, challenges, <br /> opportunities, existing patterns, future trends, and long and short-term effects of <br /> COVID-19. Daphne Politis noted that the Hartwell Innovation project information <br /> should be updated. <br /> 1 <br />
