The Committee discussed and revised both documents and considered how to assign the TM Member list among Committee members. The Committee generally agreed that members should review the list which is shared on Google Documents and update the list as each TM Member is contacted while also noting the nature of the conversation with each. April will focus primarily on the Chinese language TM Members while other NAC members would focus on other precincts including their own. It was noted that three Committee Members reside in Precent 2. Nick will focus on Precinct 2 and Stewart will contact members in other precincts including 6. Stewart agreed to reach out to Judith Glixon. Nick will also reach out to Mark McConnell. Dan would contact each of the individuals who had made complaints regarding GLB's. Vicki agreed to revise and circulate a final draft cover letter for use by the Committee members. Vicki will also circulate the revised FAQ document. 5. Next Meeting The Committee agreed that the next meeting of the NAC take place at 7:OOpm on October 20, 2021. 6. Adjournment There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:30 pm.
