Public Participation via calling in or using your computer was encouraged and a <br /> recording will be available through LexMedia as soon as possible after the meeting. <br /> Commissioners Present: Kevin Beuttell, Duke Bitsko, Alex Dohan, Philip Hamilton, Ruth Ladd <br /> and Holly Samuels (not present: David Langseth) <br /> Associate Members Present: Jason Hnatko and Vinita Bose <br /> Staff Present: Karen Mullins, Conservation Director and Meghan McNamara, Department <br /> Assistant <br /> 6:30 PM New Business/Pendine Matters <br /> 475 Bedford Street— informal discussion on conceptual plan for new development <br /> Mr. Ed Nardi, Cresset Development, Ms. Laura Laich, VHB, and Mr. Chris Nowak, VHB, <br /> presented the informal proposal to rezone the lot and redevelop it as a lab building with a parking <br /> garage. Members of the Commission provided feedback to Cresset Development and VHB, <br /> including: invasive species in the proposed replication area, creating a larger parking garage to <br /> hold more spaces,potential shading impacts to existing and proposed wetlands, and stormwater <br /> standards. <br /> 6:56 PM <br /> 15 Volunteer Way-update on expansion of work limit and changes to the site within the 100-foot <br /> buffer zone <br /> On a motion by Mr. Beuttell and seconded by Ms. Ladd, the Commission voted 6-0 by roll call <br /> vote to issue an enforcement order in accordance with the revised restoration plan for stormwater <br /> management and buffer zone restoration. <br /> Record of vote as follows: <br /> Kevin Beuttell —Aye <br /> Alex Dohan—Aye <br /> Ruth Ladd—Aye <br /> Holly Samuels —Aye <br /> Phil Hamilton—Aye <br />
