Lexington Housing Partnership Board
Meeting Minutes for September 7,2021
Attendees: Harriet Cohen, Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti,Jeri Foutter, Mary Haskell,Joe Pato, Bob Peters,
Bob Pressman, Melanie Thompson, Melinda Walker, Betsey Weiss,John Zhao
Absent: Paul Linton, Wendy Manz
Guests: Ingrid Klimoff, Margaret Heitz, Charles Hornig
The Housing Partnership Board (HPB) meeting was chaired by Jeri Foutter and minutes were taken by
Harriet Cohen.
1. Call to Order
The HPB was called to order at 5:00 pm. Attendance was taken.
2. Affordable Housing Trust& Housing Development Corporation/Community Development
Corporation Letter
The HPB has been asked to submit a letter in support of for the creation of an Affordable
Housing Study Committee and for the charge for the Affordable Housing Committee as stated in
the charge revised on August 24, 2021. Alternative formulations of the letter were discussed.
The HPB did not reach a consensus on the letter.The HPB renewed its support for its previous
decision that the final text of the letter would be determined by Ms. Foutter, Ms.Weiss, and
Ms. Cohen.
3. Adjournment
Ms. Cohen moved to adjourn the meeting the Housing Partnership Board. Ms. Weiss seconded
the motion.The motion was approved unanimously.
