Ms. Mullins explained that this certificate was not ready to be issued yet. <br />Issue Certificate of Compliance for Mulberry Lane DEP File No. 201-758, BL 716 <br />The commission explained that they did a site visit there in the fall, but they want to do another <br />site visit when there is no snow cover. However they stated that they felt comfortable releasing <br />the money being held in tri-partite agreement and issuing the Certificate of Compliance at a later <br />time. <br />Motion to release the money in the tri-partite agreement made by Mrs. Miller and seconded by <br />Mr. Beuttell. Vote: 5-0 in favor. <br />Issue Certificate of Compliance for 40 Ingleside Road DEP File No. 201-947 BL 905 <br />The commission stated that they would issue the Certificate of Compliance but would not release <br />it until a planting plan was submitted. <br />Motion to issue the Certificate of Compliance made by Mr. Beuttell and seconded by Mrs. <br />Miller.
