Meeting had no control over how the funds would ultimately be spent. Another concern is the <br /> lack of CPA control measures these models allow. <br /> Mr. Hornig stated that the alternative models should be explored and legally any entity using <br /> CPA funds needs to follow the CPF allowable spending purposes.
