SPECIAL MEETING—JULY 8, 2021
MINUTES
1. ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Nicholas Santosuosso at 3:00 PM

2. EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS REPORT
A. Tenant Board Member
The LHA was informed last week that there were five residents who filled out
applications for the tenant board member seat, not three which was what was
previously told to the LHA. Due to this miscommunication, the Board wanted to
give all applicants the same opportunity.
The other interested residents were:
Nurul Bachchu—Countryside Village
Brian Monahan—Scattered Sites
Both were invited to attend the meeting. Mr. Bachchu did not respond to the
invitation and Mr. Monahan stated he would be receiving dialysis treatments but
could talk to the Board over the phone. The LHA set up a conference line for him
to call in.
Before the meeting started, Mr. Monahan's wife called the office to say that Mr.
Monahan was being transported to the ER and would not be able to attend the
meeting.
The Board discussed the two applicants and decided to provide another
opportunity to Mr. Monahan to speak as he had every intention of coming to the
meeting today.
Caileen will reach out to Mr. Monahan to determine a date next week for a zoom
meeting. The meting will be posted with the Town Clerk.
