MINUTES
1. ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Nicholas Santosuosso at 9:05 AM

2. EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS REPORT
A. Tenant Board Member
The Town Clerk received interest from three tenants:
Andrew Riffin- Greeley Village
Maureen Rynn-Countryside Village
James Zaharias-Vynebrooke Village
All were invited to attend this meeting to discuss with the Board their
background, qualifications and questions. James had a prior commitment and was
unable to attend.
Both Andrew and Maureen introduced themselves and what they can bring to the
Board.
After an extensive Board discussion, the Board recommends Maureen Rynn to the
Selectboard as the Tenant Board Member.
Upon a motion by Richard F. Perry and seconded by Mark McCullough, the
Board voted to recommend Maureen Rynn as the Tenant Board Member for the
term beginning 3/l/22. The roll call vote was as follows:

B. Community Preservation Committee Appointment
Melinda's term is expiring 6/30/21. The Board discussed and re-appointed
Melinda.
Upon a motion by Richard F. Perry and seconded by Mark McCullough, the
Board re-appointed Melinda Walker to the CPC for the next term. The roll call
vote was as follows:
