Public Participation via calling in or using your computer was encouraged and a <br /> recording will be available through LexMedia as soon as possible after the meeting. <br /> Commissioners Present: Kevin Beuttell, Duke Bitsko, Alex Dohan, Philip Hamilton, Ruth <br /> Ladd, David Langseth and Holly Samuels <br /> Associate Members Present: Jason Hnatko and Vinita Bose <br /> Staff Present: Meghan McNamara, Department Assistant <br /> 6:35 PM New Business/Pendine Matters <br /> LUPA-58; vote to approve goat grazing and educational walks at Chiesa Farm for 2021; Hal6 <br /> Sofia Schatz and Laurene Beaudette. <br /> On a motion by Ms. Dohan and seconded by Mr. Langseth, the Commission voted 7-0 by roll <br /> call vote to approve the Land Use Permit until the end of the 2021 calendar year. <br /> Record of vote as follows: <br /> Kevin Beuttell—Aye <br /> Alex Dohan—Aye <br /> Ruth Ladd—Aye <br /> David Langseth—Aye <br /> Holly Samuels —Aye <br /> Phil Hamilton—Aye <br /> Duke Bitsko —Aye <br /> 6:43 PM <br /> Conservation Plan Modification/Insignificant Plan Change: 43 Sanderson Road, ViewPoint <br /> Cloud Permit#CPM-21-19, DEP4201-1198, BL# CNOI-20-24 <br /> Mr. Evan Freeman and Ms. Michelle Yanetti, property owners of 43 Sanderson Road, requested <br /> permission from the Commission to use a mini-excavator to install one concrete sono-tube <br /> footing. Due to the soil conditions on the site, one helical pier footing was unable to be installed <br /> as per the original scope of work. Ms. Mullins previously met with the property owners and their <br /> contractor on site. <br />
