Agenda Items:
1. Appointed Gerry Paul scribe.
2. Tree Bylaw Enforcement report— Nancy presented the responses (attached) from Dave
Pinsonneault to her report (attached). She noted that the explanations for the sites at
16 Grapevine Ave, 198 Bedford St, and 3 Underwood Ave were reasonable but that the
responses to 19 Locke Lane and 193-195 Bedford St were cause for continued concern.
She also noted that there was no response to the issues of enforcement of replacement
inch requirements for trees greater than 24" and for protection of trees during
construction.
3. We developed a list of follow-up questions that Nancy will send to Dave and ask for a
written response. We will then invite Chris, Marc Valenti and Dave to a future Tree
Committee meeting to discuss.
