Ms. Trudeau stated that there is an existing <br /> 10-inch culvert under the driveway at 283 Concord Avenue, but the culvert appears to be <br /> abandoned or not used for a long time. The existing dwelling at 279 Concord Avenue is non- <br /> jurisdictional and outside of the 100-foot buffer zone, however portions of the proposed <br /> driveway and infiltration system are within the 100-foot buffer zone. A DEP number has not <br /> been issued yet. <br /> Questions from the Commission: <br /> — What direction does the driveway drain? Concerned about an increase in the rate of water <br /> across the property line. <br />
