Russell; Dated: 6/l/2021; Revised "Adjust Buffer Zones, Add Swale" Date: 6/28/2021; Ms. Mary Trudeau, Wetlands Consultant, presented before the Commission. Ms. Trudeau stated that a Swale is proposed on the southern portion of the property as to not convey runoff to abutting land. Spot elevations were added and highlighted on the site plan. Mr. Michael Juliano, Project Engineer with Eaglebrook Engineering, provided a statement on behalf of Mr. Ric Fulop and Ms. Jane Fulop, property owners of 38 Adams Street. This statement does not apply to the stormwater management bylaw and therefore his comments were not applicable. Ms. Chen-Fulop asked if all proposed runoff will be incorporated into the new plan and Ms. Trudeau responded yes. Ms. Chen-Fulop asked Mr. Langseth if he expects more water to runoff onto the lot of 38 Adams Street and Mr. Langseth responded that his expectation is the system will work as designed. On a motion by Mr. Langseth and seconded by Ms. Samuels, the Commission voted 6-0 by roll call vote to close the hearing.
