Charge adopted by the Board of selectmen and designated as Special Municipal Employees at its meeting <br />2. on January 8, 2007. <br />3. Selectmen approved removing requirement to establish a non - profit corporation to raise necessary funds to <br />support the events at its meeting on February 14, 2011. <br />4.
