Minutes of the ANNUAL meeting held remotely on May 4, 2021.
Members present were Bill Kennedy, Les Savage, Bob Phelan, Bob Burbidge, Martha
Wood, Henry Liu, Gerry Howell. Also present were, Pearlene Varjabedian, Housing
Director and Regina Brown Financial Administrator, Karen Iverson, Financial Consultant
Patricia S. Nelson, counsel to LexHAB. Absent was Bill Hays. and Donna Leary
The Chairman, Bob Burbidge presided.
