BOA Meeting September 20, 2015 2 <br />No one spoke in support or in opposition to the petition. <br />The Chairwoman closed the hearing. <br />On a motion by Laura Hussong and seconded by William Kennedy, the Board voted 5- <br />0 to approve a VARIANCE in accordance with the Zoning By-Law (Chapter 135 of the <br />Code of Lexington) section 135-4.1, Table 2, Schedule Dimensional Controls to allow <br />a 3-story structure instead of the maximum 2.5 story allowed. <br />Submitted by: Dianne Cornaro, Administrative Clerk <br /> <br />
