Lexington Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) <br />Lexington Special Education Parent Teacher Association (SEPTA) <br />Business Meeting Minutes <br />November 5, 2015 <br />Attendees: Ann Wolf, Jennifer Yaar, Robin Abrams, Kathy Cunningham, Mona Roy, Justine Neely, <br />Location: Lexington High School, Room 147 <br />Call to order: 6:34 pm <br />Adjourned: 6:48 pm <br />Approvals <br />• Meeting minutes from October 5, 2015 were approved unanimously. <br />Officer Reports <br />• Membership Chair (submitted via email prior to the meeting): An additional 20 members have <br />joined since October meeting, just under 60 members total. Team to discuss additional ideas to <br />drive up membership. <br />• Treasurer: Balance is $2,866.72. <br />• Co- Chair: Barbara Bailey has notified us that we need to update our by -laws. By -law committee <br />will consist of Robin Abrams, Jenn Yaar, Ann Wolf, and Mona Roy. <br />Upcoming Meeting Review <br />• December 3 —Jenn Yaar to send out notifications about Dec 3 meeting and Google form for <br />submitting questions. <br />• January meeting —date is confirmed for January 14 at Lexington Community Center; Jenn Yaar to <br />follow up with CTDS speakers regarding any materials to be created or needed for the session. <br />
