He explained that the house <br /> was made smaller and will include a geothermal energy system. <br /> Comments and concerns from the commission: <br /> The commission stated that they were uncomfortable with how much of the house would be built <br /> in the 50 ft no build zone. They stated that they felt there were other options as to where the <br /> house could go. <br /> The commission stated they would conduct another site visit. <br /> Motion to continue the hearing at the applicant's request made by Mr. Bitsko and seconded by <br /> Mr. Beuttell.
