proposed Shire trail to Spring, cross Spring to either proposed easement across Beal <br />property or to Woodcliffe Road to Munroe to Hayden Woods, through Hayden Woods to <br />Vallyfield Road to Grassland/Route B <br />Comments/Questions: <br />Requires completion of Conservation Restriction agreement between <br />Town and Shire before trail can be planned and installed. <br />Connection Options: <br />A.Continue on Lincoln Street under Rte 128 to trail entrance into Cambridge <br />Watershed property on the north side of Lincoln Street to Cranberry Hill trail <br />connections. <br />B.Continue through Hayden Woods to old trail requiring boardwalk construction <br />improvements exiting onto Hayden Avenue near Waltham Street intersection, <br />cross Waltham Street, turn south under Rte 2 to entrance to Brookhaven trail <br />system. <br />Paint Mine/Simonds Brook/Wright Farm <br />Type: Loop <br />Proposed Route (Current): Park under power lines on Turning Mill. Enter Paint Mine and <br />follow trail down hill and bearing right under power lines. Exit right onto Turning Mill. <br />Left on Turning Mill to right on Gould to Grove. Cross Grove and take trail entrance into <br />Simond Brook across from Gould Rd. Follow trail down to power line corridor. Turn left <br />under power lines back to Grove. Cross Grove and re-enter trail under power lines back <br />through Paint Mine back to starting point. <br />Proposed Route (Future – When Wright Farm trails installed): Enter Landlocked Forest <br />trail system from car park on Turning Mill. Follow trails over to Wright Farm. Exist <br />Wright Farm onto Grove. Take Volunteer Way to Rangeway to trail entrance to Simonds <br />Brook. <br />Comments/Questions: <br />Check status of trail entrance to Simonds Brook off of Grove. Is this a legal <br />easement? <br />Connection Options: <br />A.Connections to Bedford Old Res via Winter Street playground or continuing <br />along Grove Street to marked entrance. <br /> <br />
