<br />`Transportation Advisory Committee (TAC) Minutes <br />April 13, 2015 <br />Members Present <br />: Sara Arnold, Peter Levy, Francine Stieglitz, Sally Castleman, Elaine <br />Dratch <br />Members Absent <br />: Matt Zhang, Bill Levison, Hank Manz <br />Staff Present <br />: Jeanette Rebecchi, Transportation Services Manager; Charlotte Rogers, <br />Director Human Services <br />Liaisons Present <br />: Rich McDonough, COA; Richard Canale, Planning Board <br />1.Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes <br />Minutes from the March 2015 meeting were unanimously approved (Ms. Stieglitz was <br />not present for this vote.) <br />2.Lexpress Route Changes for FY 2016 <br />Route changes designed to accommodate stops at the new Community Center, address <br />resident requests, and implement corrections to existing routes were developed and <br />presented by Ms. Rebecchi. <br />The routes developed by Ms. Rebecchi were unanimously approved by the Committee: <br />Route 1: Revert to route from FY2014 with stops added at Muzzey (8:33 am to <br />2:38 pm) and the Community Center (8:35 am to 2:40 pm) \[page 3 of handout\] <br />Route 2: No changes except the addition of stops at the Community Center <br />Route 3: No changes except alternate stops in Avalon and Brookhaven \[page 5 of <br />handout\] <br />Route 4: No changes except to cut out the loop in the Sunny Knoll area during off <br />peak hours. \[page 7 of handout\] <br />Route 5: No changes <br />Route 6: No changes <br />3.Patriots Day Parade <br />Ms. Rebecchi asked for volunteers to walk with the Lexpress banner <br />th <br />Monday, April 20. Meeting place at the main Fire Station at 12:30 pm or at the <br />parade staging area on Mass. Ave before 2:00 pm <br />rd <br />4.3 Annual Bike, Walk, and Bus Week <br />thth <br />The event will be held May 8 to May 13 <br />5.Commuter Breakfast <br />th <br />Commuter Breakfast will be held on May 15 from 6:30 to 9:30 am at the Depot <br />Building <br />Anyone who walks, rides, or buses to work is offered a free breakfast <br />Ms. Rebecchi asked for volunteers to help keep the breakfast trays stocked and to provide <br />information about Lexpress at the Transportation Table. <br />Materials Used at the Meeting: <br />Agenda <br />Minutes March 9, 2015 TAC Meeting <br />Memorandum from J.
