We should plan to have a coffee or invite <br />her to social in September for her to introduce her to the Special Needs <br />Community. <br />Transition coordinator started in April. Transition subcommittee needs more <br />members and help with leadership. <br />Ideas discussed on how to improve SEPAC involvement; reaching out to <br />guidance and preschool parents. Doing meet ups at coffee shops. <br />Meeting adjourned 11 am <br />
