<br />04/06/15 AC Minutes <br />Minutes <br />Town of Lexington Appropriation Committee(AC) <br />April6, 2015 <br />: Lexington High School,Room221, 7:00 p.m. <br />: Glenn Parker, Chair; John Bartenstein, Vice Chair and Secretary; Mollie Garberg; Alan <br />Levine;Beth Masterman;Susan McLeish;Eric Michelson; Richard Neumeier;Andrei Radulescu-Banu <br />Members absent:Rob Addelson (non-voting, ex officio) <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:02p.m. <br />Announcements: <br />1.Ms. Garberg agreed to help represent this Committee at themini-summitthe <br />Town Manageris planning to discuss potentialschool capital projects.Mr. Parker reported that Article <br />th <br />11: Appropriate for Municipal Capital Projects and Equipment, would be taken uponApril8. <br />2015ATMArticles: <br />2. <br />Article 8(c):FY2016 CPAProjects,First Parish Church Restoration Historic Structure <br />Report: <br />It was noted that Article 8(c) would be coming before ATM laterin the evening.This <br />Committee had previously opposed the requestwith a3-4-2vote.Thetwo previously abstaining <br />members voted to oppose Article 8 (c),making the vote of the Committee 3-6. Mr. Radulescu-Banu <br />saidthathe may speak about his personal support of the Article on Town Meeting floor.
