<br />03/30/15 AC Minutes <br />Minutes <br />Town of Lexington Appropriation Committee(AC) <br />March30,2015 <br />: Lexington High School,Room221, 7:00 p.m. <br />: Glenn Parker, Chair; John Bartenstein, Vice Chair and Secretary; Mollie Garberg; <br />Alan Levine;Beth Masterman;Susan McLeish;Eric Michelson; Richard Neumeier <br />Members absent:Andrei Radulescu-Banu; Rob Addelson (non-voting, ex officio) <br />Other attendees: None <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:00p.m. <br />Announcements: <br />1.Mr. Parker reported thatthe Ad hoc Community Center Advisory <br />Committee metearlier in the day. A June Lexington Community Center (LCC) opening date for <br />current Recreation Department and Human Services programs is anticipated. There will be one <br />“umbrella” for all the programs. The Town has opened three new positions associatedwith the LCC; <br />one is expected to be filled by an internal candidate who should be able toget uptospeed quickly. <br />The other two positions are being advertised internally and externally. <br />thth <br />Minutes: <br />2.A motion was made and seconded to accept the minutes for March 12, March 19 <br />and March 23, with edits as discussed. The motion passed. VOTE: 8-0 <br />Parking Fund: <br />3.It was noted that there is State legislationthat governs the Town’s Parking <br />Fund. Income includes parking meter revenue; it does not include parking fines.
