Two- ThirdsAdopted. <br />ARTICLE 5: APPROPRIATE FOR RENOVATIONS TO <br />BUILDINGS TO BE ACQUIRED AT 39 MARRETT ROAD <br />MOTION: That $3,169,000 be appropriated for design, <br />engineering and remodeling, reconstructing and making <br />extraordinary repairs to buildings at 39 Marrett Road to be <br />acquired by the town and that to meet this appropriation <br />$602,756 be appropriated from the Historic Resources Re- <br />serve of the Community Preservation Fund, <br />$1,984,118 be appropriated from the Unbudgeted Reserve <br />of the Community Preservation Fund, $259,310 be ap- <br />propriated from Undesignated Fund Balance of the Com- <br />munity Preservation Fund, and $322,816 be appropriated <br />from the General Fund Unreserved Fund Balance. <br />Unanimously Adopted. <br />
